  1. The promotion is only open to individuals (the "entrants") who are 18 years of age or older excluding the employees and vendors of Canbet.com.au and its related and parent companies ("the promoter"), and their immediate families.
  2. Entrants must have a registered betting account with the promoter.
  3. The winning entrants agree to authorise the promoter to use their names and photographs for publicity purposes and agree to reasonably co-operate with the promoter in publicising the promotion.
  4. There will be 3 prize winners. The winning entrants will be drawn at random by an independent third party engaged by the promoter for such purpose, on the draw date (Tuesday, 26 August 2008). The decision of the independent third party will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The winners will be announced on the promoter’s websites before close of business of the draw date (Tuesday, 26 August 2008). The winners will be contacted by the promoter via telephone within 48 hours of the draw. The promoter will conduct all reasonable efforts to notify the winners. If the winners are not contactable for a period of at least 72 hours following the draw, a redraw will take place.
  6. If at any time it is deemed by management, that the spirit and/or intention of the promotion have been violated, the promoter retains the right to refuse the entrant entry into the draw or withdraw the prize at their discretion. Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. No physical tickets for the promotion will be issued.
  8. Prizes for the major prize draw on 26 August 2008 includes:
    1. First prize (Gold) of a home entertainment package, including HD TV, 5 surround sound speakers, sub woofer and DVD player worth up to $2,500 or $2,000 cash in your Canbet account.
    2. Second prize (Silver) of full payment of the installation plus 1 year subscription to a Cable TV service including sporting package or $600 cash in your Canbet account. Please note the Cable TV service is subject to availability in your area. Canbet will not be responsible for the arrangements to install the Cable TV service, but will pay all associated costs up to $800.
